Thank you for choosing Samsora, we are committed to your complete satisfaction with our steam sauna products. We understand that purchasing a steam sauna is a significant investment, and we want to ensure you are fully satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return and refund policy below.

30-Day Return Window
We offer a 30-day return period from the date of delivery. If you are not completely satisfied with your steam sauna, you may return it within 30 days for a refund or exchange, subject to the conditions outlined below.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your steam sauna must meet the following conditions:
- The product must be unused, uninstalled, and in its original condition
- All original packaging, accessories, manuals, and components must be included
- The product must not show signs of installation, modification, or damage
- You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
- 10% restocking fee applies to all returns due to the specialized nature of freight shipping and handling
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Custom-built or personalized steam saunas
- Products that have been installed or used
- Clearance or final sale items (marked as such at time of purchase)
- Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper installation
How to Initiate a Return

Please provide your order number, reason for return, and photos of the product (if applicable). Our team will review your request and provide return authorization and instructions within 24 hours.
Return Address: After your return request is approved, we will provide the return address and any necessary shipping labels.
Return Confirmation: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your return and arrange a refund or exchange.
Return Shipping
Defective or Damaged Products: If your steam sauna arrives damaged or defective, we will cover all return shipping costs. Please contact us immediately with photos of the damage.
Change of Mind Returns: If you are returning the product for reasons other than defect or damage, you will be responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your return.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method. Please note:
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable (unless the product was defective or damaged)
- A restocking fee of 10% may apply to change-of-mind returns
- Refunds may take additional time to appear in your account depending on your payment provider
Rejected Returns: If your return does not meet our eligibility criteria, we will notify you and may return the product to you at your expense.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your steam sauna for a different model or size, please contact us to discuss available options. Exchanges are subject to product availability and price differences may apply.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your steam sauna arrives damaged or is found to be defective within the warranty period, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for:
- Free return shipping
- Full refund or replacement at no additional cost
- Repair or replacement parts (if applicable)

Cancellations
Before Shipment: You may cancel your order at any time before it ships for a full refund. Please contact us as soon as possible.
After Shipment: Once your order has shipped, cancellations are not possible. You may refuse delivery and follow our standard return process, but return shipping fees may apply.
Partial Refunds
In certain situations, partial refunds may be granted:
- Products with minor cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality
- Products returned after the 30-day window (at our discretion)
- Missing accessories or components (refund adjusted accordingly)
