We stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our steam sauna products. This warranty demonstrates our commitment to providing you with a reliable, long-lasting wellness experience.

Warranty Coverage

Standard Warranty Period:3 years

  • Material Defects: Coverage for defects in the wood and other materials used in the sauna under normal use.
  • Workmanship Defects: Protection against defects occurring during manufacturing, including assembly and structural issues.
  • Electrical Components: Covers failures of the control panel, wiring, Bluetooth audio components, light bulb, console case,and other electrical parts under normal use.
  • Sauna Heater: 1-year limited warranty.
  • Sauna Steam Generator: 1-year limited warranty.
  • Accessories: Lifetime paid replacement support.

This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship when the product is used under normal conditions and in accordance with the provided instructions.

Lifetime Paid Warranty:

After the 3-year free warranty period, Samsora offers a lifetime paid warranty. We will repair or replace any damage caused by material or workmanship defects at a reasonable cost.

What's Covered

During the warranty period, we will, at our discretion:

  • Repair or replace defective parts at no charge
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance
  • Cover reasonable shipping costs for warranty-approved repairs (proof of purchase required)
  • Replace components that fail due to manufacturing defects

What's NOT Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Improper Use: Damage resulting from failure to follow installation, operation, or maintenance instructions
  • Misuse or Abuse: Damage from negligence, accidents, alterations, or unauthorized repairs
  • Normal Wear and Tear: Cosmetic damage, scratches, discoloration, or deterioration of seals and gaskets from regular use
  • Environmental Damage: Damage from natural disasters, lightning strikes, power surges, improper storage conditions, or extreme temperatures
  • Unauthorized Modifications: Use of non-original parts, aftermarket accessories, or improper cleaning agents
  • Commercial Use: This product is designed for residential, personal use only and is not warranted for commercial, rental, or institutional applications
  • Consumable Items: Saunas Stone,Water filters, aromatherapy oils, or other consumable supplies

Warranty Claim Process

To file a warranty claim:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team with your order number and a detailed description of the issue
  2. Provide Documentation: Submit proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) and product serial number
  3. Assessment: Following our guidance, provide photos or videos demonstrating the defect
  4. Resolution: We will evaluate your claim within 48 business hours and provide a solution, which may include:
    • Troubleshooting guidance
    • Replacement parts shipment
    • Product replacement (if repair is not feasible)
    • Return authorization for inspection

Important Notes:

  • Warranty claims must be submitted within the applicable warranty period
  • Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims
  • Replacement parts carry the remainder of the original warranty or 90 days, whichever is longer
  • We reserve the right to inspect returned products to verify warranty claims

Warranty Limitations

THIS WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to repair or replacement of defective products. We are not liable for:

  • Incidental or consequential damages
  • Loss of use, revenue, or profit
  • Costs of removal, installation, or reinstallation
  • Damage to property or other goods

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties or exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you.

Care & Maintenance Requirements

To maintain warranty coverage, you must:

  • Follow all care and maintenance instructions provided in the user manual
  • Use only approved cleaning products and methods
  • Perform regular maintenance as specified
  • Store the product properly when not in use
  • Use the product only as intended for personal wellness purposes

The saunas are designed to last approximately 15 years. The actual lifespan may vary based on factors such as climate, usage patterns, and maintenance. Regular maintenance can greatly extend its durability.

Warranty Eligibility

Full warranty benefits are only available for products purchased directly from samsoran.com. Products purchased through third-party retailers or other websites are not eligible for warranty services or will only qualify for paid component replacement.

Your Legal Rights

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary by jurisdiction. This warranty applies in addition to, and does not affect, any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
