Shipped directly from our California fulfillment center operated by a third-party logistics provider (3PL) at 2910 Rubidoux Blvd, Jurupa Valley, CA 92509, We offer direct delivery for locations within 200 miles, with optional paid installation. For other areas, we ship via our standard freight and carrier partners based on your address and shipment requirements, including Roadrunner, FedEx, ABF, Best, Estes, and CEVA, to help ensure your sauna arrives safely and in good condition. Additionally, For U.S. domestic orders, no additional customs duties apply. Any local taxes are calculated at checkout when applicable. Freight Delivery Options

We offer Standard, Room of Choice and White Glove (CA) delivery. Orders ship from California fulfillment center operated by a third-party logistics provider (3PL). White Glove is available within 200 miles of the CA warehouse; if your location is outside the service area, we’ll ship Standard instead, refund the White Glove fee difference, and provide step-by-step manual and video guidance.

We deliver to the Continental United States, excluding Puerto Rico (PR), Alaska (AK), Hawaii (HI), Guam (GU), military addresses (AA, AE, AP), and PO Boxes,Additional surcharges apply for deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, and remote areas.

If you are located outside our standard shipping areas, please contact us to discuss special delivery arrangements.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days after payment confirmation. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be extended. You will receive an order confirmation email once your payment is processed, followed by a shipping notification with tracking information once your order is dispatched.

Curbside Delivery: Our standard delivery service includes delivery to the curb or building entrance. The carrier will contact you to arrange a convenient delivery time.

White Glove Delivery: For an additional fee $500, we offer white glove delivery service, which includes:

  • Delivery to your preferred room
  • Unpacking and inspection
  • Removal of packaging materials
  • Basic installation assistance (professional installation sold separately)

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your shipment using the provided tracking number on the carrier's website. If you have any questions about your delivery status, please contact us.

Delivery Requirements

Please ensure that:

  • Someone is available to receive the delivery during the scheduled time
  • The delivery location is accessible for large freight (steam saunas are bulky items)
  • Elevators or stairways can accommodate the product dimensions
  • You inspect the product upon delivery for any visible damage

Damaged or Missing Items

Please inspect your steam sauna immediately upon delivery. If you notice any damage or missing components:

  • Note the damage on the delivery receipt before signing
  • Take photos of the damaged packaging and product
  • Contact us within 48 hours at [Your Email] with your order number and photos

We will work with you to resolve the issue through replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate.

Failed Delivery Attempts

If the carrier is unable to deliver your order due to:

  • No one available to receive the delivery
  • Inaccessible delivery location
  • Incorrect or incomplete address

The carrier will make up to 3 delivery attempts. After the third failed attempt, the order may be returned to our warehouse, and you may be charged return shipping fees. Please ensure your contact information and delivery address are accurate.

Customs and Import Duties (Non-US International Orders)

For international shipments, customers are responsible for:

  • All customs duties, taxes, and import fees
  • Providing accurate customs documentation
  • Complying with local import regulations

Samsora is not responsible for delays or additional costs incurred due to customs clearance.

Order Changes and Cancellations
